Translations are assessed and classified on the basis of the following criteria:
- The cultural, scientific and technical skills required for the job
- The specific terminology required
- Intended use of the translation
Subsequent to experience acquired with standard ISO 9002:1994, CITI obtained Quality Management System Certification in accordance with standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 in March 2003. CITI’s Quality Management System comprises a series of processes and focuses on continual improvement of the Organization itself with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal.
CITI’s translation service Management System was certified in accordance with standard UNI 15038:2006 in November 2010.
